We are pleased to announce that hotelier & revenue management expert Patrick Cesari has joined our team and will be looking after sales within the French market.
Patrick has an extensive career in the hospitality sector having worked in top hotels within the UK, Italy, and France. Patrick has been passionate about the hotel industry from a very young age. He started aged 16 at the hotel school in Marseille and graduated from IAE Chambéry. He completed his studies at the Collège of Charleston (SC, USA).
Patrick started his career at the famous Hotel Martinez in Cannes, he then joined the “Hilton Elevator Program” in Paris before moving on to Grosvenor House in London where he worked as income auditor. He later managed his own hotel in Sardinia and successfully ran the property for 10 years before moving back to France where he became sales & revenue director for a Parisian hotel group.
Currently, Patrick combines multiple roles within revenue management, digital marketing, and BI technologies. He splits his time as a consultant, industry trainer and teacher.
His mission in joining Userguest will be to help French hoteliers reach their full revenue potential via their direct channel, through RevMarketing Automation via our smart tech tool.
